Curbless Wet Room With a Fluted Wood-Look Wall

Before tile, the walls were covered with a sheet waterproofing membrane and the floor was prepared with an uncoupling membrane with heating cable laid in it.

The finished room has large-format blue-gray onyx-look porcelain on two walls, a fluted wood-look wall with a tall built-in shelf niche, and wood-look porcelain on the floor and up one wall. A long black linear drain runs along the fluted wall, so the floor stays level with no curb.
